Powder Coating

Earnest Products' 20,000 square-foot powder coating facility houses a sophisticated system that produces a uniform, durable, high-quality and flawless finish on each piece. Parts to be powder coated are finished prior to the process, with edges, welds, and surface protrusions smoothed for optimal powder adhesion and aesthetics.

Our 500 foot automated conveyorized Powder Coat production line can easily accommodate very tall and long parts. The conveyor speed and oven temperature can be adjusted according to job requirements. The system washes, etches, rinses and dries parts before powder application to assure quality results.

We have many standard powders inventoried in our climate-controlled powder storage area, and have established relationships with all major powder coat suppliers, allowing us to provide other standard and custom color services.

Ecologically friendly, our powder coating processes are tested and monitored at the highest standards to ensure a safe, clean workplace – as well as minimal environmental impact. Earnest Products is a member of the Powder Coating Institute (PCI), and upholds its standards and practices.

Other Finishing Techniques

Earnest Products also offers the full range of additional finishing processes, including: wet paint (enamels, lacquers and other high-endurance, durable finishes), graining, anodizing, plating and irradiation.
