Earnest Products' in-house Design/Engineering Department goes far beyond the expected to turn a concept into perfectly fabricated reality. Our team of experienced design engineers utilizes the industry's latest software applications and equipment in the creation of projects ranging from a prototype to a full-production product.

Our design engineers utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD software, and can accept input from all industry-standard CAD applications to turn a customer's drawings or renderings into a program for fabrication.

Our team's comprehensive approach to evaluating and reviewing each design leaves no aspect of the process to chance. Earnest Products' design engineers are continually alert for any errors that may be in the client-provided drawing/rendering, identifying and correcting them to prevent wasted time and additional expense. Recognizing that communication with the customer is essential, The Earnest Products' commitment to quality does not leave design specifications open to interpretation.

Design engineers may also make suggestions to a customer regarding materials or features when such a change would improve the quality and/or performance of the finished product, or improve cost-effectiveness while producing a product of equal quality.

Our design team is greatly assisted by state-of-the-art equipment, which includes a FARO Gauge. It is accurate and powerful enough for advanced measurement, including SPC statistical analysis and GD&T. The FARO Gauge allows our engineers to perform first article inspections, or quickly create custom routines for repeat part measurements. All measurements are automatically recorded, and comprehensive reports can be generated with ease – which both streamlines the process while providing an unsurpassed level of precision.
